More Background for those who like the longer read:
Dr. George Washington Carey, born 1845 in Illinois USA devoted his life to the study of biochemistry and astrology. The Biochemic Tissue Salts had been discovered in 1873 by Dr Scheussler in Germany.(83 years after homeopathy had been discovered by Dr Hahnemann, also in Germany.)
Whereas Homeopathy and Biochemical Tissue Salts are both based on individuality, and a minimum dose, there are many differences too.
The Biochemic Tissue Salts are based on deficiencies in the body, and are sourced from the mineral kingdom only. They also have a specific scale of potentisation called the decimal scale, so there are physical quantities of the mineral in the remedies. They may be given frequently and can be combined with other remedies. There are only 12 of them and this is where I think it gets really interesting.
Dr. Carey analysed the tissue salts to find which of these vital cell salts that make up the body are related to each zodiac sign. He allocated each tissue salt based on characteristics and expressions of which mineral is lacking in each sign.
