Reiki 1 Training
Level 1 is an initiation into the Reiki energy with a lot of emphasis placed on self healing to help you to work through your own obstacles.
Course Content
You will learn about the history of Reiki
You will have full lineage from myself back to Usui
We will discuss the Principles of Reiki and how to apply them
We will practise intention setting, meditation & Reiki
You will receive 4 Reiki attunements
You will learn how to practise Reiki on yourself as well as on another person ( you will do this during the course)
How to do a short treatment
You will learn how to ground, protect and cleanse auras
We will talk about the Chakra system
and other creative ways to use Reiki eg: goal setting, affirmations, plants, & animals
We will learn how to make our Reiki strong
You will receive a full course manual and a certificate which will enable you to insure yourself as a reiki1 practitioner.
You will have home study to do for 21 days following the course.
No prior experience is needed to learn Reiki
The course will run from 10-5pm and will be followed up 3 weeks later with myself.
Investment: £300 on a 121 basis ( £150 deposit required to confirm) or
£175 per person for small groups (£100 deposit required to hold your space)

Reiki 2 Training
After completing level 1, this course will enable you to use Reiki to treat clients (once insured). It strengthens and intensifies your experience of Reiki, taking it to the next level.
The course focuses on the experiences you have had since the first degree course and covers the following:
How to draw & incorporate the Reiki symbols
More on hand positions, using the symbols and bringing other elements to the healing experience
Two second degree attunements
Space clearing & protection
Energy cleansing techniques
Positive affirmations
Treatments on yourself & others using these newly learned symbols
Distant healing & methods to send Reiki to the past, present, future, & the world.
Practical sessions will enable you to practice giving a treatment using the reiki symbols. You will be given a course manual and a certificate on completion of the day. This course enables you to set up a practice (professional insurance is required) and treat others with Reiki.
Professional practice - Working with clients, setting up a practice and how to start getting paid clients.
You will be given ongoing homework/practise/reflection to complete following the course.
You will receive a full course manual and a certificate which will enable you to insure yourself as a reiki 2 practitioner and practise professionally

Reiki Master Teacher Teaching
This course will allow will give you the additional healing, symbols and knowledge to truly enhance your healing ability. You will learn the art of attunement and after taking this course you will be able to teach Reiki to as many as you can! A Master Teacher certificate and Usui lineage is awarded on completion of the course. First and second degree must be completed before taking this course. (if this was not with me then we will need a review to make sure you are fully ready to go…
The course includes:
Day 1: Becoming a Reiki Master:
This day will be revolve around the Master attunement and learning the master symbols, Master Meditation and carrying out a treatment using your new symbols/energy.
Day 2: Becoming a Reiki Master Teacher, part 1:
You will learn what to include when teaching each level, ie. What must be included, the meditations, history, lineages and much more. I will
provide you with everything you need.
I will demonstrate all the attunements and teach you how to do them- lots of practice!
Day 3. part 2:
You will come having prepared a reiki training day as agreed and show what you will do, Including the attunements etc.
Talk about legalities/insurance
Cleansing techniques and psychic protection.
Anything else that comes up for us during our time together.
Each day will be around 4-5 hours
